Milly Langley

Originally from the South Coast of New South Wales, Australia, Milly completed a Bachelor of Exercise Science at the University of Wollongong before going on to complete a Master of Physiotherapy at the University of Technology Sydney in 2020.

Milly began her career in private practice near her hometown, where she developed her musculoskeletal skills, treating a wide range of conditions across all age groups. During this time, she was fortunate to work alongside some incredible Pelvic Health Physiotherapists, which sparked a strong interest in this area and led her to pursue further training and mentorship. It didn’t take long for her passion for supporting women through all life stages to grow, from pregnancy and the postnatal period to menopause.

After a three-month travel stint, Milly settled in London in August 2024, where she has worked in both NHS and private hospital outpatient settings in pelvic health physiotherapy roles. These experiences have further developed her knowledge and skills in post-operative rehabilitation, bladder and bowel dysfunction, and pelvic organ prolapse management.

Milly loves treating all things pelvic health, but has a special interest in pelvic pain conditions such as vaginismus and endometriosis. She is passionate about ensuring women feel educated, empowered, and confident in their bodies.

When she’s not working, Milly takes any opportunity to travel. When at home, she enjoys walking, running, or cycling around North-East London, seeking out the best coffee and pastries, getting lost in a good book, or, in the colder months, practising her new hobby of knitting.
