Edel McCann
Clinical Lead / Specialist Pelvic Health & MSK Physiotherapist
Location: Parsons Green
Originally from Ireland, Edel graduated from Ulster University with a degree with honours in Physiotherapy. Edel also holds a Professional Postgraduate Diploma in Obstetrics and Gynaecology from The Royal College of Physicians of Ireland – a qualification only held by a handful of pelvic health physiotherapists in the world.
Edel relocated from Edinburgh this year where she had run her own successful pelvic health business for more than 12 years.
As well as extensive pelvic health experience, Edel has over 16 years of experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and professional sport including the Scottish Men’s National cricket team and the Northern Ireland Women’s National Football team.
She has undertaken extensive postgraduate training in pelvic health, diagnostic ultrasound, scar therapy, breast care, acupuncture and musculoskeletal and sports injuries and continues to participate in courses and training regularly to ensure she offers her clients the best possible evidence-based care and to remain at the forefront of her profession.
Not only is Edel an expert in her field, but she also clearly loves what she does, which is a powerful and unstoppable combo! Edel is determined to enhance the profile of pelvic health physiotherapy through her work. She wants all women to be able to access professional and highly specialised care specific for their needs, and all of life’s phases. She strives to educate and empower women to recognise their bodies, take charge of their wellbeing and accept nothing but the best when it comes to their care and wellbeing.
Edel is an affiliate member of the Association of Pelvic Obstetric and Gynaecological Physiotherapists (POGP) and a member 0f the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP). She is also a recommended practitioner for pelvic girdle pain through The Pelvic Partnership as well as a certified Mummy MOT® Practitioner and a Holistic Core Restore Coach®.
When Edel isn’t working she is being a mummy to her two young boys, seeking out the best coffee spots and exercising as she is a big fan of yoga and running.

Amy Williamson
Specialist Pelvic Health & MSK Physiotherapist
Location: Parsons Green
Originally from Derbyshire but now based in London, Amy graduated from Cardiff University with a degree in Physiotherapy. She began her career in the NHS, working initially in musculoskeletal clinical settings, and has since spent nearly a decade specialising in pelvic health in both the NHS and private practice.
Amy strives to create a safe, inclusive and empowering space to provide person centred, holistic healthcare. She recognises the value of being listened to in the journey to recovery and wellness, and is committed to providing each client with the level of care and attention that they need to feel fully supported. Amy has an interest in supporting clients during pregnancy and postnatally, particularly treating inflammatory conditions of the lactating breast, and has spoken at national conference, on webinars, and produced publications on this topic.
Amy also recognises the importance of ‘movement as medicine’ at any stage in life, and holds certification as a qualified APPI Pilates Instructor, utilising this in her sessions to create holistic treatment plans, as well as practising regularly herself. Alongside her clinical work, Amy is currently studying for a masters degree in clinical research at Kings College London, with the goal of contributing to bridging the research gap in pelvic and women’s health, and enhancing her own evidenced-based practice.
Amy is also the current peer review managing editor at the Journal of Pelvic, Obstetric and Gynaecological Physiotherapy (POGP), helping to publish the latest in pelvic health advances. In addition to her clinical role and research interests, Amy is also a visiting clinical specialist in pelvic health at Cambridge University where she supports the teaching of medical students, and has previously guest lectured on the pelvic health physiotherapy module at Nottingham University.
Amy is an affiliate member of the POGP and a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP). She is also a recommended practitioner for pelvic girdle pain through The Pelvic Partnership. When Amy isn’t working you can find her dog watching in the park, walking anywhere green and with hills, or curled up reading a good book.

Christine Addington
Specialist Pelvic Health Physiotherapist
Location: Queen's Park
Christine is a dedicated pelvic health physiotherapist focused on providing a warm, supportive approach to her patients. She specialises in a range of concerns, including pregnancy-related issues, bladder and bowel health, prolapse, and sexual wellbeing. With personal experience in neurodivergence and mental health, she emphasises neurodivergent-inclusive practices, which have been enhanced by her recent training with Neuro Births.
Christine has a background in contemporary dance, a Master’s degree in Biomedical Sciences, and a Doctorate in Physiotherapy. Christine’s desire to work in pelvic health physiotherapy started during her doctorate in physiotherapy after seeing the powerful impact pelvic health physiotherapy had on those experiencing symptoms of bladder and bowel dysfunction. Afterwards, she realised that she, too had been dealing with symptoms in silence. She uses this academic, personal and physiotherapeutic training to continually provide sessions that meet the needs and priorities of her clients.
During physiotherapy therapy sessions, Christine fosters a nurturing environment where trust and safety are paramount. She adopts a gentle approach honouring each patient’s unique boundaries and personal pace. By embracing a holistic approach, she addresses not only physical symptoms but also the emotional and social aspects of people’s lives, working through challenges and guiding people towards lasting recovery and overall wellness.
Outside of the clinic, she works as a health researcher. Her areas of interest include collaborating with communities to eliminate barriers to healthcare. She has experience in improving healthcare services, with a focus on the combined impact of long-term health conditions such as multiple sclerosis and HIV, on pelvic health care and anal cancer.
Christine holds memberships with the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists (CSP), the Pelvic, Obstetric, and Gynecology Physiotherapists (POGP), and is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).

Lauren Castledine-Wolfe
Specialist Pelvic Health & MSK Physiotherapist

Originally from South Africa, Lauren graduated in 2006 from Oxford Brookes University with a 1st class honours degree in Physiotherapy. She has since worked as a Senior Physiotherapist within the NHS, and also within the private sector for over 16 years.
Possessing a wide range of clinical skills, Lauren is trained in Acupuncture and has also trained with the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute since 2007, where she achieved her mat work instructor qualification.
Lauren is passionate about treating a variety of conditions, including those of upper and lower limbs as well as spinal injuries. She is particularly interested in sports injuries and post-operative rehabilitation as well as women’s health whereby she is trained through the POGP in treating female urinary incontinence, and prolapse, as well as ante-and post-natal. Over and above this, she is committed to her patient’s overall health and well-being, striving to improve their quality of life through encouraging healthy lifestyle choices. This is strengthened through her study in Health Coaching with the College of Naturopathic Medicine.
Lauren uses many treatment techniques to ensure optimal benefit for all her patients. Such treatments include acupuncture, soft tissue work, joint manual therapy, taping, electrotherapy, clinical Pilates & strength and conditioning training. Part of every consultation with Lauren involves educating you about your condition, informing you about its root cause and empowering you to manage it as well as possible.
Keeping fit is very important to Lauren. She has swum competitively in the past and played lacrosse for Kent. She goes to the gym regularly, swims, cycles and of course, practices what she preaches with regular Pilates and yoga.
Lauren is an affiliate member of the Association of Pelvic Obstetric and Gynaecological Physiotherapists (POGP) and a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP).

Rosie Peters
Specialist Pelvic Health Physiotherapist
Location: Parsons Green
Rosie graduated with a Master’s in Physiotherapy from Brunel University. Working as a specialist pelvic health physiotherapist within the NHS, she has gained extensive experience supporting individuals throughout their pregnancy and postpartum recovery, addressing pre and postnatal musculoskeletal issues, and guiding women in optimising their pelvic health during and after childbirth. Rosie is also qualified to assess and treat pelvic floor dysfunction in men.
Rosie is committed to helping people overcome challenges related to pelvic pain, urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, and other pelvic floor dysfunctions. She is particularly passionate about empowering women to understand how their bodies change throughout life and aims to give people the tools to feel strong and confident, whatever their goals are.
When not in the clinic, Rosie can be found running, hiking, backpacking and cooking.

Taruna Moorjani
Specialist Pelvic Health, Paediatric & MSK Physiotherapist
Location: Queen's Park & Parsons Green
Taruna is a highly experienced physiotherapist with over a decade of clinical practice across Spain and the UK. Specialising in women’s health, paediatrics, musculoskeletal (MSK) rehabilitation, and neurophysiotherapy, she brings a compassionate and personalised approach to her work. Her extensive training includes advanced certifications in pelvic floor dysfunction, pediatric physiotherapy, breastfeeding support, and postnatal recovery.
Taruna works with women of all ages to offer tailored physiotherapy care to address a wide range of physical conditions—from postnatal recovery and breastfeeding challenges to infant developmental issues and chronic musculoskeletal pain. Taruna integrates techniques such as low-pressure fitness, ergonomic carrying, and manual therapy into her treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
Having worked in multidisciplinary clinical settings across Madrid, Barcelona, and now London, Taruna is known for her warm manner and commitment to empowering patients through education and evidence-based care.

Cameryn Titus
Rehab Physiotherapist / Clinical Pilates Instructor
Location: Queen's Park
Cameryn brings a unique blend of clinical expertise, lived experience, and artistic sensitivity to women’s wellness. Before becoming a physiotherapist, she trained as a classical ballet dancer, spending summers with world-renowned institutions such as American Ballet Theatre, Boston Ballet, Sacramento Ballet, and Alonzo King LINES Ballet. It was through dance that she first discovered physiotherapy and Pilates—igniting her lifelong interest in the body’s capacity to heal, adapt, and thrive.
She earned her Doctorate in Physiotherapy from the University of the Pacific, California, in 2013. Her early career included leading the Total Joint Replacement Program at Enloe Medical Centre and working closely with trauma surgery and orthopaedic patients. She later transitioned into home-care physiotherapy, supporting individuals with a wide range of conditions including chronic pain, neurological disorders, cancer recovery, and cardiopulmonary rehabilitation.
Cameryn has also specialised in dance medicine, working with professional dancers—including performers in London’s West End—to recover from injury and optimise performance through tailored rehabilitation, injury prevention, and movement analysis. She holds certification as an APPI Pilates instructor (mat and large equipment) and has advanced training through the Dance Medicine Practicum Series at Johns Hopkins.
As a mother to a toddler, Cameryn deeply understands the physical and emotional transitions women face into and throughout motherhood. Her personal experience adds depth to her clinical practice—informing her compassionate, holistic approach to supporting women through pre- and postnatal recovery, body confidence, and sustainable strength and mobility.

Britany Wallis
Rehab Physiotherapist / Clinical Pilates Instructor

Britany is a Physiotherapist and Clinical Pilates Instructor with over seven years of experience in both private practice and the NHS. She specialises in physiotherapist-led Pilates and is passionate about providing inclusive, woman-centred care across all ages and stages of life.
Her expertise covers a wide range of areas, including sports injuries, pre- and post-operative rehabilitation, hypermobility, lifestyle-related conditions, and pelvic health. Britany is dedicated to helping women connect with their bodies, build strength, and feel empowered through movement. Rooted in evidence-based practice, she blends innovative techniques with a holistic approach — focusing on movement analysis, manual therapy, and personalised exercise programmes tailored to each woman’s unique needs.
Whether you are recovering from an injury, navigating life changes, or simply seeking to improve your strength and wellbeing, Britany offers compassionate, expert guidance to help you achieve your goals. Gabriella Aston
Rehab Physiotherapist / Clinical Pilates Instructor
Location: Parsons Green & Queen's Park
Originally from North Yorkshire, Gabriella graduated with a First-Class Honours degree in Physiotherapy from Northumbria University. She began her career in private practice, treating women and children with a range of musculoskeletal conditions. Passionate about women’s health, rehabilitation, and performance, Gabriella has supported female athletes across tennis, gymnastics, and rugby, as well as women preparing for and recovering from surgery.
Now based in London, Gabriella is dedicated to helping women move with ease, build strength, and feel confident in their bodies. As an active sportswoman herself — having played hockey at a regional level and completed the 2024 London Marathon — she understands the physical and emotional journey that injury recovery can involve.
Gabriella is currently completing her APPI Reformer Pilates certification and incorporates Pilates-based rehabilitation into her holistic, women-centred approach. She blends hands-on therapy, exercise rehabilitation, and movement retraining to deliver personalised, evidence-based care tailored to each woman’s individual needs.
Outside of her clinical work, Gabriella loves playing hockey, skiing, padel, running, and practicing Pilates.

Sara Baccino
Massage Therapist & Reflexologist
Location: Parsons Green & Jesse's House
Sara is a keen runner and cyclist who firmly believes in the importance of massage for the wellbeing of muscles and mind.
Sara qualified as a soft tissue therapist level 5 at the Institute of Sport and Remedial Massage (ISRM), the highest sports massage qualification available in the UK. She has also trained in dry needling, dry cupping, Indian head massage and pregnancy and labour massage. Sara is also a qualified reflexologist, which she can incorporate into her treatments. She is currently studying craniosacral therapy and manual maxillofacial therapy.
Sara has a beautiful energy and a caring personality. Her kindness, passion, and helpfulness are ever-present, and she establishes a wonderful rapport with her male and female clients.

Gerard Garrote Sayo
Massage Therapist
Location: Queen's Park, Parsons Green & Jesse's House
“If you know, you know”. And this couldn’t ring more true when it comes to Gerard’s massage skills. Having joined our team in January 2024, Gerard has earned somewhat of a cult following. Gerard’s interest in massage therapy stems from his sporting background having been a long-distance runner since his childhood, he has also recently completed ultramarathons in UTMB World Series. From his own experience, he became interested in how the body reacts to certain techniques following injury
He loves helping athletes prepare and recover from events but equally enjoys applying his craft to treat recurrent niggles, desk workers and mothers (expectant and new) alike – and is specifically trainined in pregnancy and postnatal massage.
Outside of his massage work Gerard is studying to become an athletic trainer and works with young athletes to reach their potential.

Carrie Lawrence
Co-Founder & Managing Director
A mother of two boys, Carrie has experienced first-hand the emotional and physical toll the symptoms of pelvic floor dysfunction can have not only on a woman, but on her family and her relationships too.
Carrie counts herself as ‘one of the lucky ones’ to have received excellent pelvic health care as a new mother. This enabled her to recover quickly and focus on her family, her own wellbeing, and re-engaging in her pre-baby love of running. She is not shy to discuss her symptoms or the pelvic health issues she has faced and is passionate about better health outcomes for women from all stages and walks of life. Hence the launch of LETO in 2021.
Carrie has worked in women’s health for the duration of her working life, primarily in oncology and bone health research. Today she leans heavily on her legal training and project management skills to ensure LETO and Beyond Health run as smoothly as possible – so the outstanding practitioners and customer services team she works collaboratively with can focus on what they do best, and deliver the best possible service to their clients!

Erin Parker

Erin is originally from Hamilton, New Zealand, and also spent part of her childhood in the Cotswolds. She holds a Bachelor of Biomedical Science and a Bachelor in Oral Health Therapy, blending a strong foundation in science with a passion for preventative care.
Erin began her career as an Oral Health Therapist in New Zealand’s public health system, where she focused on treating dental decay in children and adolescents. This experience deepened her appreciation for early intervention and education — principles she now applies in her support of women’s health, particularly in areas where oral health intersects with overall wellbeing, such as pregnancy, hormonal changes, and systemic health conditions.
Now based in London, Erin is excited to be part of a community that champions holistic, evidence-based care for women. Outside of work, she loves exploring London and Europe, finding new walking trails, and hunting down the best local coffee spots.

Sally Martin
Practice Manager Queen's Park
Location: Queen's Park
Sally moved to London in 2023 from New Zealand after a period of overseas travel. With a strong clinical background as a Registered Nurse, she brings specialist expertise in cardiac care, having worked extensively across Cardiology and Cardiothoracic departments in New Zealand. Her passion for women’s health grew out of her frontline nursing experience, where she witnessed the unique challenges women face in navigating their heart health and broader wellbeing.
After spending six months supporting children in a Special Educational Needs (SEN) school, Sally joined Beyond Health as part of the Client Services Team and stepped into the role of Practice Manager in Queen’s Park in 2025. She is particularly passionate about empowering women to take charge of their health through education, early intervention, and compassionate support.
Outside of work, Sally enjoys discovering hidden corners of London, catching West-End shows, finding her perfect local running route, and making the most of weekend escapes around Europe.
