LETO Postnatal Check £190 60 min Following your appointment you will be provided with a LETO Postnatal Report which includes a clinical findings summary, a plan for your rehabilitation, lifestyle guidance and useful information.
LETO Pregnancy Check £190 60 min Please note, this is the maximum charge. If the appointment is only 30 or 45 minutes due to the stage of pregnancy, the price will be reduced reflect the duration (£95 for 30 min appts or £135 for 45).

Shockwave Therapy £145 30 min Shockwave Therapy typically takes 10-15 minutes. A minimum of 4 sessions is usually required for clinical benefit. The price of the session includes traditional pelvic health physiotherapy treatment alongside the Shockwave Therapy. If you are using insurance, you will need to seek an approval code specifically for Shockwave Therapy.
K-Laser Therapy £50 NA K-Laser is an additional charge added to your treatment session. Please note that K-Laser is not covered by insurance. If you are using insurance, you must pay the K-Laser charge privately.
VALD Force Frame and Force Plate Technology £110 NA This one-off fee applies to clients using insurance only who would like to utilise VALD as part of their rehab program. VALD Force Frame and Force Plate Technology is not covered by insurance. If you are using insurance, you must pay the VALD fee charge privately.
Pessary Fitting £0 15 mins Please call the clinic to book a complimentary call with one of our team members, who will discuss your options with you.
Home Visits £0 0 We are available for home visits where requested. The cost of these visits will be based on the appointment type plus the travel time to and from our clinic. Please call the clinic to discuss with one of our team members.

MyTribe Insurance, the independent health insurance information service recently added Beyond Health and LETO to their list of the top physios in London.

BUPA UK and BUPA International:
We have a direct billing relationship with BUPA UK and BUPA International, so we will invoice them on your behalf for the treatment you have received with us. Before receiving any treatment with us using your BUPA health insurance, you must obtain BUPA authorisation for physiotherapy or osteopathy treatment with us. The authorisation code you receive must be specific to Beyond Health (provider no. 80010329), and you must confirm the number of sessions authorised. 

To receive treatment from us with BUPA, you will also be required to complete a set of questionnaires. You will be required to do this before your initial appointment and throughout your treatment journey with us. 

For privacy reasons, we cannot discuss the contents of your policy with BUPA. As the policyholder, it is your responsibility to ensure your policy covers the treatment received. Should BUPA decline to reimburse LETO for the cost of any treatment you receive at LETO for any reason (i.e. patient excess or treatment allowance reached), you must pay this balance to LETO within 7 days or before your next appointment, whichever is sooner. 


CIGNA International:
We are a recognised provider of CIGNA International. We do not have a direct billing relationship with them, therefore all appointments are paid for privately at the time of your visit. However, in our experience, providing you have sought approval from them in advance of any treatment with us, CIGNA have quick reimbursement timeframes.   


AXA:
We have a direct billing relationship with AXA, so we will invoice them on your behalf for the treatment you have received with us. Before receiving any treatment with us using your AXA health insurance, you must obtain AXA authorisation for physiotherapy treatment with us. The authorisation code you receive must be specific to AXA (provider no. ZZ05086 or ZZ05089), and you must confirm the number of sessions authorised. 

To receive treatment from us with AXA, you will also be required to complete a set of questionnaires. You will be required to do this before your initial appointment and throughout your treatment journey with us. Should you refuse to complete this information, we cannot continue with treatment.  

For privacy reasons, we cannot discuss the contents of your policy with AXA. As the policyholder, it is your responsibility to ensure your policy covers the treatment received. Should AXA decline to reimburse LETO for the cost of any treatment you receive at LETO for any reason (i.e. patient excess or treatment allowance reached), you must pay this balance to LETO within 7 days or before your next appointment, whichever is sooner. 


AVIVA:
Due to AVIVA's recent updates to their reimbursement structure, it is no longer viable for us to continue accepting AVIVA-funded appointments. Their reduced reimbursement rates do not reflect our level of expertise, time and resources that go into providing the high level of treatment that we pride ourselves on at LETO. While we remain committed to providing gold standard care to all of our clients, if you are with AVIVA, we encourage you to speak with your insurer about available options or to consider continuing your care with us on a self-funded basis.  


Vitality, WPA, Allianz, or other insurance providers not listed above:
While we do not have a direct billing relationship with these insurance companies, we remain committed to providing the highest standard of care for you. We always recommend speaking with your insurance provider prior to booking your initial consultation regarding the specifics of your policy cover. We kindly ask that all appointments be paid for privately at the time of your visit. Our team will then provide detailed invoices, enabling you to submit a claim directly to your insurance company.  


Please always check with your policy provider prior to treatment as the level of cover which you can claim back will depend on your personal policy.
